Waterdowned frm the original - Hairspray Reviews

i must admit when i head they were doing a remake of Hairspray i was.."kinda" intrigued but that was all put to a hault after sitting through this extrmely horrible remake....i mean this one doest come anywhere close to comparing to the classic 80's flick with the all time funny Ricki Lake and Divine. all these ppl who think its "AWESOME" AND "THE BEST MOVIE" have clearly never seen the original version..its like with all other remakes these younger ppl think its a brand new movie..but others like myself know they should STOP remaking all of our oldies. hollywood writers need to start actually THINKING and bring us some new material for change.
